Overview Now you turn one show into a weekly habit that runs mostly on its own. You keep the decisions. The system does the work. Lesson 14.1: The weekly schedule Ask your AI tool to set up a standing pipeline with the content pipeline agent. Example: "Every Thursday at 9 a.m., start research on the coming NFL slate for my DFS show. Build the deck as a draft and tell me when it is ready to review." A sample week for a Sunday sports show: Day What happens Your job Thursday Research runs start automatically None Friday morning Draft deck is ready Review and approve the deck Friday evening Video renders Watch and approve the video Saturday morning Kit is ready Check links and approve the kit Saturday YouTube, Short, podcast and newsletter go out Post or confirm Saturday to Sunday TikTok, Reel, carousel, X thread, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit Post and reply to comments Monday Results come in Run the analytics loop (Lesson 14.3) The pipeline never skips an approval. If you are away, it waits. Lesson 14.2: Calls to action on every post The pipeline adds the CTAs from Lesson 3.6 to every file: one or two context CTAs for the episode, then the course CTA with its QR code. Your job is to pick the context CTAs that fit this week. A new survey? Use it. A big newsletter issue? Point to it. The kit checks every target on the live site and drops any that is missing. Lesson 14.3: The analytics loop Every Monday, spend 30 minutes on this: Collect. Ask your AI tool to pull last week's numbers into a dataset in your datasphere: views, watch time, saves, follows and clicks for each platform. Compare. Which hook kept people watching longest? Which platform sent the most people to YouTube or your newsletter? Decide one change. Only one per week, so you know what worked. For example: a new thumbnail style, a different first line, a different posting time. Double down. When one platform is clearly growing faster, give it more cuts from each show. When one has flat numbers for six weeks or more, try a new format there or drop it for now. As you scale, keep human approval on every stage, post to Reddit by hand, keep your API key private, and re-check platform rules every quarter. Do this now Set up your weekly pipeline. Put the review times in your calendar. After your first automated week, run the analytics loop and write down your one change. Quiz What does the pipeline do if you have not approved the deck? a) Publishes anyway b) Waits c) Deletes the deck Answer: b What ends every post? a) The course CTA with its QR code b) A hashtag list c) Nothing Answer: a How many changes should you make per week in the analytics loop? a) One, so you know what worked b) As many as possible c) None Answer: a Final Call to Action You now have the whole system: research, a broadcast-style deck, an AI-hosted video, a media kit for every platform, an article that ties it together, and a weekly loop that improves it. The next step is simple. Make your first show this week. Approve each stage. Post it natively on every platform. Put the CTAs on every post. Then look at the numbers on Monday and make one change.
