Claude adds outside tools through connectors, and a custom connector is a form with two fields. The steps are the same on claude.ai and in the Claude Desktop app. Open Settings , then Connectors . Choose Add custom connector . Enter the name Dataspheres and paste the address https://dataspheres.ai/mcp . Save. Click Connect . A Dataspheres sign-in window opens; sign in and approve the access. The connector then shows as connected. In any chat, turn the connector on from the tools menu beside the message box. The Dataspheres skills appear under the connector's prompts in that same menu. If you belong to a Claude organisation, an administrator can add the connector once for every member, and each person signs in to Dataspheres with their own account the first time they use it. If the sign-in window never appears, the browser has usually blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for claude.ai and click Connect again.
