Media Library in Dataspheres AI is designed to be your "catch all + wide net" for any media you upload or generate in a Datasphere. That means uploaded images, videos, audio, PDFs, Docs, Spreadsheets. etc. It can also be things like search results, AI generated images / video, thematic analysis, transcriptions, translations, OCR outputs, etc.... All the artifacts from the actions you execute are available in the Media Library. With in the media library itself you can filter, move items into specific folders, or tag them with metadata for easier grouping and discoverability. 1. Getting Started Before managing the Media Library, verify that you are working within the correct Datasphere . Media Library is scoped to the specific community or project space you are currently viewing. Accessing the Media Library: Click the Media Library Folder icon in the navigation menu. 2. Uploading You can upload content in the Datasphere via the Media Library page, the main datasphere page, or from the mobile footer if you are on mobile. 3. Filtering For quick filtering activate the filtering drop-down or organize content into collections (effectively a folder). 4. Tagging & Bulk Actions Select the checkbox on the left of any row item to activate bulk actions. Here you can run thematic analysis across multiple files, or bulk tag content with specific metadata, or delete stuff (admins only).
